About one in five students struggle with learning difficulties and attention issues across America, and these children are limited when it comes to opportunities. I’mPossible’s goal is to identify and nurture talents through an enriching STEAM curriculum that is both fun and interactive.
In addition, we believe that creative expression is a vital tool for everyone–a window to connect with others. Taking this idea further, I’mPossible’s literary magazine, The Possible Society is a platform that gives students with learning limitations the chance to express themselves creatively. We recognize the potential in these kids and help them make their impossibilities a possibility.

Aditi NairFounder and Executive DirectorAditi is an award-winning children's book author and writer. When not indulged in books or creative writing, she enjoys playing music on the violin, making hand-lettered greeting cards, and baking!
However, aside from her love for literature and art, she finds herself lingering around the many questions presented by the world around us. She enjoys volunteering and sharing her passion with children, both neurotypical and Autistic. Arjun NairCo-Founder & Creative DirectorAs an avid chess enthusiast, violinist, and pianist, Arjun is constantly thinking of ways to enrich his mind. When not found competing on a tennis court, he is researching science, cooking up a new recipe, or diving into literature. He loves to find joy in the little things, whether that’s sketching or solving the Rubik’s Cube.
Arjun also has writing publications on several platforms and is an award winning-author. He hopes to use his passions to help others and make a change in the world. https://arjunnairauthor.com |

Vani NarayananMentor & Outreach DirectorDr. Vani Narayanan received her M.S. degree in biomedical engineering in 2016, and PhD in biomedical engineering in 2020. Currently, she is pursuing her second postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Virginia in the Department of Cell Biology, and is affiliated with the UVA School of Medicine. In addition to her research, Dr. Narayanan is also passionate about teaching. She has served as a visiting faculty member at Hampden-Sydney College, and is currently a visiting faculty in the Department of Biological Sciences at University of Mary Washington.
As a mentor and the Outreach Director of I'mPossible, Dr. Narayanan hopes to apply her background in Science to help grow and develop the organization. When not indulged in science, Dr. Narayanan loves to travel and try different cuisines, all while spending time with her two children and her husband. |
Founder's Message
Hi everyone! I am Aditi, and I am the founder and director of I’mPossible. I’mPossible is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusiveness in STEAM among children identified with learning challenges. Underprivileged, Autistic, learning disabled, and gifted students are usually halted by their inadequate access to learning, so by providing unique opportunities, we believe that everyone should get the chance to explore the field of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math!
